ICED LATTE: our favorite summer drink
As summer temperatures rise, so does the craving for a refreshing drink.
Our solution is called Iced Latte, a combo of espresso and iced milk to fight the heat without giving up coffee.
The ingredient checklist is very short: ice, milk and coffee.
Start by filling your glass with ice cubes. How many cubes? In our opinion, the amount is directly proportional to the hot temperature!
Then pour the cold milk straight from the fridge. We use about 150 ml but you can pour more.
You can also replace the milk with your favorite vegetable drink; the end result will still be outstanding.
For those who prefer a touch of extra sweetness, add sugar or sweetener and stir it into the milk.
Now for the final touch: pour a cup of espresso and take a video to capture the moment when the coffee slides over the ice and slowly colors the milk.
All that's left to do is enjoy your iced latte and post the video on social media tagging @espressocoffeeshop!
