International Shipping

ECS ships worldwide. However, it is important to note that for international shipments, VAT and customs duties may be required by the destination country. In such cases, ECS will not cover these costs. The payment of any taxes or customs duties will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment Tracking

All shipments made by ECS are fully tracked. The tracking number will be sent to the customer as soon as the waybill has been generated, allowing them to monitor the delivery status at any time.
Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship our international orders quickly. If an item is available, it will usually be shipped the next day. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen service. Generally, delivery times can be summarized as follows:
- Italy: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 1-3 business days, depending on the chosen service
- Rest of the world: 2-5 business days
It is important to note that customs procedures can affect delivery times for international shipments. Any delays due to customs inspections are beyond the control of both the courier and ECS. We do not deliver on Italian public holidays.
