Customers within the European Union

The warranty period for all our products purchased by customers within the European Union is 24 months, except for customers who purchase with a VAT number, for whom the warranty period is 12 months.

The warranty does not include electrical parts and parts subject to wear (gaskets, o-rings…). The warranty will not be accepted in case of improper use of the product by the consumer, for example, in case of problems caused by limescale buildup in espresso machines.

In the event of warranty requests, you must contact the Espresso Coffee Shop SRL customer service at support@espressocoffeeshop.com, which will confirm the warranty request.

The shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer, while the shipping costs for returning the repaired product will be covered by Espresso Coffee Shop.

Products sent without written confirmation from Espresso Coffee Shop will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
