All orders will be charged in Euros. Any currency conversion fees will be applied by your bank.

The prices displayed on the site will vary based on the geolocation detected. For IPs detected within the European Union, the price shown will include the VAT of the relevant country (e.g. Italy 22%, Germany 19%, France 20%, etc.). For all other countries, the price displayed will exclude VAT or taxes.

Please do not use VPNs or any tools that may inhibit geolocation via IP address. In any case, on each product page, immediately below the price, the applied VAT rate or whether the price excludes VAT and taxes will always be specified.

Espresso Coffee Shop is not responsible for and will not cover any duties or VAT requested by countries outside Italy.

Extra-EU shipments: All orders shipped outside the European Union are shipped under DDU (Duties delivery unpaid), meaning the final customer is responsible for paying any VAT and duties at their local customs office.

For further information regarding VAT and duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Espresso Coffee Shop will not cover any VAT or duties requested by importing countries outside of the EU member states.

Intra-EU shipping: All shipments within the European Union will not require additional VAT or duties beyond what is paid to Espresso Coffee Shop. VAT exemption for intra-community purchases: Pursuant to Article 41, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 331/1993, intra-community supplies of goods are VAT exempt as such transactions are subject to "destination" taxation, meaning VAT must be paid in the EU country of destination where the buyer is a VAT-registered taxable person.

Espresso Coffee Shop SRL reserves the right to refuse an order if it is unable to receive verification from the customer's bank. It is not possible to modify an order once it has been placed for available items. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. Espresso Coffee Shop SRL reserves the right to delay shipping if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond our control. Special promotions or sales may cause delays in shipping. Espresso Coffee Shop SRL reserves the right to refuse orders or refuse services to anyone at any time.
