Once you make the request, our team will evaluate all the information provided and may approve the account by sending a confirmation e-mail. The time for verification of information is approximately 2 business days. You will not be able to access the wholesaler site or place orders until the account has been approved.

Orders for products we have in stock are dispatched within the same day if ordered by 12:00 noon, otherwise they are processed the next day.

Yes, we do provide maintenance services. 

If the product was not purchased from espressocoffeeshop.com or was purchased from espressocoffeeshop.com but is no longer under warranty, the maintenance fee is €50/per hour + VAT. In addition, both the shipping costs to return the product and to send it back repaired will be borne by the customer.
