What happens when Eureka decides to offer the Mignon in its most basic form? The answer is Manuale. Only by looking at it, you realize that this coffee grinder is made to give you the best value for your money. As a starter, it comes in black only taking out the unnecessary costs of producing it in many different colors. Visually this coffee grinder looks identical to the Silenzio. What the Manuale doesn’t get from the Silenzio is the Silent Technology, an anti-vibration system that allows the coffee grinder to be quieter. However, the Manuale has plenty to make up for when it comes to the coffee ground because it does have both the anti-clumping system (ACE System) and Eureka's Stepless Micrometric Regulation meaning you won’t need to compromise with the quality, which is the same as the more expensive models in the Mignon lineup.
Pros
Price: it offers the same technology that you get from more professional coffee grinders for a fraction of the price.
Quality: for the price, this has got to be the best quality coffee grinder, with much care taken both in the choice of the materials and in the manufacturing process.
Things to Consider
Limited features: to reach such a low price Eureka had to get rid of all the “unnecessary stuff” including the colour. If you can’t accept this compromise, then you should go for more expensive models.
Adjust while grinding: in order to avoid coffee beans blocking the ground chamber, we recommend to always adjust the grind settings when the burrs are working.
