Indo is a natural whole-grain Arabica coffee, so it has not been washed before roasting. The coffee comes from an island in the Indonesian Archipelago. It has characteristics of "chocolateiness" and unprecedented body in this roasting.
Torrefazione Giamaica coffee is produced in a small artisan factory in the center of Verona, continuing a centuries-old tradition.
The roasting is done by hand with direct flame, the machinery are dating back to the 1950s, a very different process from most roasters that use indirect flame. In this process, the margin of error is minimal, from one to three seconds.
The beans are mainly Arabica d'Altura, they are all selected in the producing countries (Ethiopia, Indonesia, Guatemala), in some cases whole (not washed before roasting to preserve all the qualities), sometimes blended together.
Each bean is selected and prepared with artisanal methods, to offer you all the taste of a real high quality coffee.
